Personal:
Dr. van Kesteren is active in several dental study groups and ongoing continuing education pursuits. His professional interests include immediate dental implant placement, dental implants in the esthetic zone, and cosmetic periodontal therapy.
Dr. van Kesteren is an active volunteer throughout the Charlotte community, including the Ada Jenkins Center (Mobile Dentistry), Give Kids a Smile Day and most recently, the Mission of Mercy Clinic held in Charlotte (2011).
Dr. van Kesteren is married and has two young daughters. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys outdoor recreational activities with his family. He enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, and watching movies.
